WA GOLD RUSH - 2016 Australian Age Championships - Day 2

There has been a Gold Rush for WA with 3 athletes claiming Gold on Day 2 of the 2016 Australian Age Championships at SOPAC, NSW

Sam Tulk continued what has been an exceptional meet so far, taking out the Boys 12-13 yrs 1m Springboard event.

Jack Reynolds added to the WA medal tally with a Silver in the Boys 11/U 3m Springboard.

Sally Cream continued the rush coming from behind to claim Gold with her final dive and take out the Girls 16-18 yrs 1m Springboard.

The day was then capped off with Eliza Cole, partnering with Sara Cameron from QLD, to take Gold in the Womens 19+ 3m Synchro, and Mercedes Carnevali and Emma Lynch claiming the Silver.

Best of luck to all the divers for the remaining two days of competition.
