St Mary’s keen to Dive in
Published Fri 20 Jan 2017
Diving WA is pleased to announce an additional Learn to Dive program to begin from Term 1 2017 at St Mary’s Anglican Girls School in Karrinyup.
CEO Steven Rose said that this was, “a fantastic partnership and opportunity to not only be given access to an additional facility in Western Australia, but also work closely with such a well-respected school which has produced some great diving talent over the years.”
“It has been a number of years since Western Australian divers have had access to an outdoor facility and this will hopefully benefit all programs into the future.”
“As diving continues to rebuild in Western Australia our goal is to work further with all schools to start or get back into diving.”
The Learn to Dive program will run on Thursday afternoons during Term 1, with classes from 4:00-5:00pm and 5:00-6:00pm.
Term fees will be $150 per person, plus a one off $25 annual membership fee (valid through till 30 June 2017).
To register go to www.wadiving.com.au and click on the Events tab, or contact the Diving WA office on (08) 6424 9090.
