Notice of 2020 Special General Meeting

To all Diving WA members,

Please find attached Notice of the 2020 Special General Meeting, to be held at HBF Stadium Executive Suite on Saturday 19th September at 12:00pm.

As approved in the last amendments to the Constitution in 2017, the Board of Diving WA will review the Rules every 3 years or such other time as the Board considers appropriate. The board has taken this opportunity to clean up grammar and wording in the constitution (not noted) and the main changes of note include Independent Director terms, Telecommunication Meetings and reference to the Child Safe Framework. Please do, however, consider the Constitution in totality.

The proposed changes are in the table attached to the Notice, and the proposed Constitution for members to view.

While we require quorum for these changes to be adopted or revoked by the membership, we will also be limited to no more than 45 people in attendance due to COVID restrictions. All members interested in attending must register.
