Keeney finishes strong for 4th
Published Mon 18 Apr 2016
Maddison Keeney has again shown another strong performance, finish 4th at the FINA Diving World Series event in Windsor, Canada over the weekend.
Keeney again finished strongly, with her final dive (5154B) giving her the highest individual dive score of the final of 81.60. Her 5 dive total of 360.15 was a great result against some extremely tough competition with the Chinese divers again dominating the meet.
Keeney also finished 4th with Annabelle Smith in the 3m Synchro event, narrowly missing the podium by 1.62 points.
The FINA Diving World Series now moves to Kazan, Russia for the next leg from 22nd-24th April. Keeney will be looking to take another step forward as she builds her list leading into the 2016 Australian Open Championships from 26th-29th May, which also doubles as the Olympic Selection Event.
