Inaugural School Sport WA Diving Championships

42 Athletes representing 11 schools took part in the inaugural 2017 School Sport WA Diving Championships.
The day kicked off with a clinic for those who had not previously dived to learn some skills and dives to participate in the competition.
There was a high level of diving throughout the event and it was fantastic to see some none regular divers getting involved.
Wembley Primary School took out the Primary Champion School on 24 points, ahead of St Stephens (20) and Deanmore Primary School (18).
Shenton College took out the Secondary Champion School ahead of Presbyterian Ladies College (26) and Iona Presentation College (16).

Congratulations to everyone who participated and thank you to School Sport WA, SEDA Volunteers, Diving WA Coaches/Judges and the Schools for your assistance on the day.
