Diving WA Seeks Independent Director

Current Independent Director Lindsay Toms will end her term and time on the Diving WA Board this month. Lindsay has brought fantastic experience to the board, first as our Volunteer Board Secretary, and then as an Independent Director. Her legal background and knowledge has been a great compliment to the boards skill sets. We thank Lindsay for all of her time and commitment to the role and the sport and wish her the very best for the future.
With this, Diving WA is seeking an independent director/volunteer board secretary for a two (2) year term. The ideal candidate should have a legal background and qualifications, and be proficient in taking accurate minutes at board meetings. Your commitment will include approximately ten board meetings and one AGM per year and associated preparation for those meetings.
