Independent Director - Seeking an independent non-executive board member to fill a recent vacancy until 30 November 2019. At which point the role will be up for re-election and will be for a two year term. The ideal candidate should have relevant risk management experience and/or qualifications. Your commitment will include approximately ten board meetings and one AGM per year and associated preparation for those meetings. Governance and Risk Committee - Seeking a volunteer committee member for its Governance and Risk Committee. The purpose of the Governance and Risk Committee is to provide the board of Diving WA with guidance on appropriate corporate governance and risk management practices.
