BACK TO BACK CLUB OF THE YEAR

The WA Age Team has capped off a fantastic week of competing at the 2017 Australian Age Championships in Adelaide, claiming the Club of the Year award for the second year running.

The team finished the week with 14 Gold, 5 Silver and 4 Bronze medals, along with 16 Personal Best performances.

Sam Tulk (14-15yrs Boys), Tianna Furness (16-18yrs Girls) and Kathleen Sullivan (19+yrs Women's) also capped off great individual performances taking out Diver of the Year for their respective age groups. Ben Ward (19+yrs Men's) and Eloise Miller (12-13yrs Girls) were also not far behind in their age groups, finishing 2nd and 3rd.

A huge congratulations to coaches Mike Tinley, Eliza Cole and Mercedes Carnevali on all of their work with the athletes throughout the year.

A special thank you to Team Manager Jo Furness and all of the helpers with the team in Adelaide.

The team return home tomorrow and we look forward to seeing everyone return to the pool after a well deserved break for Term 2.
