NOTICE OF 2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with Rule 13.1(b) of the Western Australian Diving Association Inc. Constitution, notice is given of the 2018 Annual General Meeting to be held at:
Venue: WAIS High Performance Service Centre
Seminar Room
McGillivray Road
MOUNT CLAREMONT WA 6010
Date: Saturday 20th October
Time: Arrive 9:00am
Open 9:30am (sharp)
In accordance with Rule 18 of the Constitution, only financial Adult Diving (16 years of age or older), Non-Diving and Life Members with Diving WA for the 2018/19 Season are eligible to vote, should a vote be required.
Positions to be elected:
Diving WA Board One (1) Elected Director for a three (3) year term.
In addition to the attached documents, the Diving WA Constitution and Board Charter are available from the Diving WA website, under the About tab in Policies and Documents.

Following the 2018 Annual General Meeting, Diving WA CEO Steven Rose will be presenting the results from the 2018 Members Survey and answering some questions.
WAIS High Performance Service Centre - Parking/Entry
Please enter through the front of the building (McGillivray Road). If coming through from HBF Stadium, walk along the top concourse (behind indoor grandstand) and then continue straight outside towards WAIS. There is an intercom at the fence (black circle) and reception will open the gate to allow entry through the front of the building.
Best parking will be at HBF Stadium (1). Limited parking is available at the WAIS High Performance Service Centre (2) and UWA Tennis Club (3). Overflow parking is available near the UWA Rugby Club (4).
