History
In 2013, Colette McKenna produced a short documentary on Bruce Prance and the history of diving in WA:
Through newly discovered archival footage, legendary dive coach Bruce Prance recalls his personal history of diving in WA, from the construction of Beatty Park Aquatic Centre in 1962, purpose built for the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games, to that of his own family's achievement in diving, the unique partnership he forged with dual Olympian Robyn Bradshaw (Arlow), 1962 Commonwealth dual medallist Sue Knight and World dive champion Raelene Lyon. Bruce tells of his time as the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) founding dive coach, bringing us back into the contemporary Western Australian diving scene, to see the young divers at Challenge Stadium giving their life blood to the sport.
